Invested in Innovative Instructional Design and Delivery:
I am the Senior Director of Learning Design for Universal Learner Courses (ULCs) within the ASU Learning Enterprise. ULCs offer a selection of first-year college courses online, open to everyone, allowing learners to explore college-level learning and earn credit at a fraction of the cost—only paying if they pass.
In my role, I lead a cross-functional team of instructional designers, cinematographers, and academic professionals who develop, launch, and continuously improve scalable online courses across multiple modalities, including On Demand, Session-Based, and Classroom Cohort models. My work focuses on designing learner-centered, evidence-based experiences that maintain high levels of engagement and instructor presence—even at scale.
I hold a Master of Science in Global Technology and Development from Arizona State University and a graduate certificate in Educational Technology with a focus on Adult Learning from Northern Arizona University. Through my leadership, I strive to advance the ASU Learning Enterprise’s mission to provide universal access to education and opportunity at every stage of life.
